Our gut cleanse is an extended detox program where you consume a curated selection of our nutrient-dense, cold-pressed juices for six consecutive days. This cleanse is designed to deeply detoxify your body, promote overall wellness, reset your dietary habits and provide a more thorough detox compared to shorter cleanses.

Pre-Cleanse
Gradually ease into the cleanse by consuming light, plant-based meals and avoiding caffeine, alcohol, and processed foods for a few days before starting. Hydration is key.
Guide
Each day, drink a series of our cold-pressed juices at regular intervals. Typically you will consume 5-6 juices per day, spaced out every 2-3 hours to maintain energy levels and keep hunger at bay.
Hydration: Alongside the juices, drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and assist in flushing out toxins. Herbal teas can also be included.
Activities: Engage in light physical activities such as yoga, walking or gentle stretching. Avoid strenuous exercise to allow your body to focus on detoxification and healing.
Post-Cleanse Transition
Gradually reintroduce solid foods after the cleanse, starting with light, easily digestible meals such as smoothies, soups, and salads. This helps your body adjust smoothly and prolongs the benefits of the cleanse.
